This included the creation of detailed floor plans to outline the property’s layout, as well as the development of a 3D facade model to showcase its architectural features. Area referencing, both as-built and off-plan, was meticulously undertaken to ensure precise measurement and assessment. Additionally, a 3D rights of light model was crafted to assess and preserve the property’s access to natural light. Detailed elevations and sections were meticulously prepared to capture the intricate details of the building’s design, while utility surveys were conducted to ensure the efficient management of essential services.
