Chichester Festival Theatre

Chichester Festival Theatre, located in Oaklands Park, Chichester, West Sussex, is a renowned theatre and a Grade II* listed building. Designed by architects Philip Powell and Hidalgo Moya, it was founded by Leslie Evershed-Martin in 1962. This historic theatre has a rich tradition of staging exceptional productions, including both classics and contemporary plays. It is known for its bold thrust stage design and its annual summer Festival season, which runs from April to October and often sees productions originating at Chichester transfer to the West End.
