Haggerston Baths

Haggerston Baths, situated in Haggerston, London, is a historic former public bathhouse that opened its doors in 1904. This Grade II listed building was constructed at a cost of £60,000 and featured a single pool, 91 slipper baths, and a 60-stall wash house. Designed by architect Alfred Cross, it served as a vital community facility, especially at a time when few working-class homes had bathrooms. Unfortunately, Haggerston Baths closed in 2000, and its future remained uncertain for some time. However, there have been efforts to revitalise and repurpose this iconic structure, making it a symbol of civic pride and potential redevelopment.

In order to support the preservation and transformation of Haggerston Baths, we meticulously crafted various essential models. These include an as-built 3D BIM Model (LOD 3), detailed facade models (LOD 3), internal models (LOD 3), and steelwork models (LOD 3). Through these comprehensive efforts, we aim to contribute to the preservation and future vibrancy of this iconic piece of London’s architectural heritage.
