Sam has been with the practice for over 20 years starting straight from university before moving up to Senior Director level in 2004. He has worked across all areas of the business and been responsible for the delivery of measurement services to our clients on many of the major landmark buildings Michael Gallie & Partners have completed over the years.
Sam is a member of both the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) & Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors (MCinstCES) and is recognised in the industry as a leading authority on the measurement of buildings and the built environment.

Steve has been with the practice for over 14 years. Steve completed a Geography degree at King’s College London before moving onto a Master’s degree in Surveying at University College, London. Steve achieved membership of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (MRICS) in 2014 and became Projects Director in 2017. Steve has a deep and expert knowledge in the art of Measured Building Surveys, Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Laser Scanning. Outside of work Steve is kept busy with his young family and in the pursuit of a new sporting challenge, has recently taken up the noble sport of fencing.
