Attempting to enhance the functionality and precision of the LSBU campus, Michael Gallie & Partners undertook several critical tasks. These include the meticulous creation of an as-built 3D BIM model (LOD 3), detailed coffer ceiling modelling (LOD 4), comprehensive 2D floor plans and reflected ceiling plans, intricate 2D elevations, sections, and a thorough utility survey. Through these endeavours, we ensured that LSBU’s facilities are optimized for academic excellence and innovation.
