In our endeavour to contribute to the development and maintenance of Khalsa Academy’s infrastructure, we have meticulously crafted an as-built 3D BIM model (LOD 3), ensuring accurate representation of the building’s structure and layout. Furthermore, our post-strip 3D BIM model (LOD 3) captures the site’s post-renovation configuration, facilitating effective planning and management. Additionally, our creation of a 3D Utility BIM Model (LOD 3) and a detailed 2D CAD utility survey enhances the understanding and management of the building’s utility systems, further supporting Khalsa Academy’s mission of providing quality education.
