Ten Trinity Square

Ten Trinity Square, a timeless masterpiece in the heart of London, is a historic landmark that seamlessly blends classic elegance with modern luxury. Originally built in 1922 as the Port of London Authority headquarters, this iconic building has witnessed a rich tapestry of history. Its majestic Beaux-Arts architecture, characterised by grand columns and intricate detailing, stands as a testament to a bygone era. Today, Ten Trinity Square has been transformed into a luxury hotel and residences, offering discerning travellers and residents an unparalleled experience. With opulent accommodations, world-class dining options, and a spa.

To preserve and enhance the legacy of Ten Trinity Square, we undertook several crucial tasks. This included meticulously crafting detailed floor plans, comprehensive sections, and internal elevations to capture the essence of the building’s architecture. Additionally, we conducted area referencing and prepared land registry compliant lease plans to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards. These efforts not only honour the historical significance of Ten Trinity Square but also contribute to its continued relevance as a premier destination in London.
