48 Leicester Square

48 Leicester Square is a landmark building located in Central London. It has undergone significant renovations, costing over £40 million, to provide high-end retail and office space over eight floors. Dating back to 1920, part of the original façade has been retained by the developers, and an additional upper story and an elegant curved roof have been added to enhance the building’s architectural appeal. This iconic location is situated on the west side of Leicester Square, making it a prominent part of London’s vibrant cityscape.

In our meticulous efforts to enhance the building’s structure and functionality, we conducted various essential tasks. These included crafting detailed 2D site plans, strip floor plans, and floor plans to ensure optimal utilisation of space. Additionally, we mapped out the rights of light elevations to maintain architectural integrity. Furthermore, we created detailed 3D external facade and internal facade steelwork models, along with area referencing, to ensure precision and accuracy in every aspect of the building’s transformation.
